Jake Osborn our president and owner, purchased his first home when he was 19 years old. With the help of his mentor and a few buddies he stripped it down to the studs and completely remodeled it.  When his first house sold immediately he bought another, and then another, and then another...
 
While continuing to remodel real estate, Jake graduated with a degree in construction engineering. He continued in the home improvement field as a licensed home inspector and property adjustor.  Working in these fields he had the opportunity to see what can happen when something is done wrong. This shaped the critical eye he is known for and he is  always the first to spot and stop problems. Even so, Jake has a love for homes that are in trouble. He's never failed to rescue these properties, which you can see first hand by clicking on our "before and after" projects.
 
Jake's many "Home Revivals" paved the way for clients requesting his expertise on their own projects, and Home Revival Contracting was born.  Jake doesn't swing a hammer as much these days as the company has grown to 7 full time, 2 part time employees and several subcontractors.  Jake is fully involved in the planning and estimating for each project.  His background and many full home remodels have made him an expert in construction, layout, and design.  He never fails to look at each home as if it were his own and brings his passion for beautiful craftsmanship to every job.
